Combat mildews Naturally. with this recipe for Fish Milk Spray – Pour a cup of milk into a quart spray bottle. Add a tablespoon or so of fish emulsion fertilizer concentrate. A teaspoon or so of liquid dish soap and fill with water. Spray the developing leaves of mildew prone plants like phlox, lilac and bee balm every 2 weeks or so.
